Antoine the store manager got my car checked in and took note to ask me about the problems I was experiencing with my car positive customer service.Explained that they would do a free diagnostic check on my car ,and would call me with their findings and would not do any repairs until. They sent me their findings documents with the turnkey price! I felt reassured and in control and most of all not taken advantage of. I'm a single lady and didn't have a ride home. So I had the pleasure of having my mechanic drive me home while asking probing questions about the problems I was experiencing with my car.Dan the"Man" master mechanic has been working on cars longer than I've been alive! Very kind and respectful nor did I feel talked down to as a woman. I was notified in a timely manner about repaires needed in writing with a detailed summary with turnkey prices before any repairs. My car part was replaced in a timely manner fair affordable pricing because I called around and had many quotes. Also the mechanic told me to come back in about 3 weeks are so to make sure everythings working properly free of charge. Now that's Customer service.

Great customer service experience with Antoine. Everyone seemed super friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to work with my warranty and had my vehicle back within the timeframe I needed.

Absolutely the best experience I have had with any auto repair in my life. I brought my explorer here for a brake job after the ford dealership gave me an inflated estimate. Not only were they fairly priced, but they actually found that a part that Ford said needed to be replaced in fact did not need to be, saving me additional money. They also completed the repair in the exact time they told me so I wasn’t waiting around all day. They will absolutely be doing all possible auto repairs for me moving forward.

These guys are what you hope for when you have to get work done on your vehicle. Zack, worked with me from beginning to end and was very professional, honest, and effective. I’m from Oklahoma and my car ended up at their shop because it broke down on a trip to Texas. After getting screwed around by the dealership and another shop, I finally got some honest feedback from Zack and the guys at AAMCO. My transmission was also a special case because it’s a hybrid. They were able to find great prices on parts and a good programmer to sync up the transmission with the motor. All while being a state away. They kept me apprised of everything as it was being repaired and gave accurate estimates and timelines for their work. After getting it back, the car drives like a dream - like the first day I bought it. This place gets the highest possible recommendation that I can give. I only wish they were closer because I’d go to them first for any car repair needs in the future.

My experience with this company has been a living nightmare!!!! My vehicle broke down near them so they towed it in. Then the nightmare began when they never answered my calls. Kept my vehicle for about 3 or 4 weeks first time. After it was supposed be fixed, they called me with a price that was around 5,000. Then when I picked up my truck it only ran for a couple of weeks before breaking down again. I was told that tow was not included under warranty so I had to come outta pocket for 207.00 to have it towed back to them. They kept it for another several weeks. Didn't answer any of my calls. Then shot me another bill for 1100.00. Paid that and my truck broke down next day. I guess because they felt guilty, they had it towed in but added tow charges to next bill. They still have my vehicle and trying to charge me another 1000.00 plus. I contacted corporate but nothing has happened. Please stay away from Aamco Transmission!!!!!!!!!!!!!😪😪😪😪😪 It has been 6 months that they've had my vehicle. Still without transportation to work or anywhere. 😤😡😠🤬
